Start with the launch tension, not the brand name

A new product matters because it changes a workflow, answers a category question, or exposes a problem. Lead with that. Give each article one reader-first reason to exist, then bring the company in where it earns its mention.

Build an angle matrix before drafting

Map audiences against angles before anyone writes a word. A 100-article campaign needs 100 real reasons to publish, planned up front, not manufactured after the fact. Angles move; the approved facts underneath them never do.

Separate the ship log from the impact study

Your final report proves one thing perfectly: which pages went live and when each check passed. Reach, rankings, and referrals play out on their own clock. Measure them separately, and never read them off a count of published URLs.
